隨著人民生活水平的不斷提高,汽車需求量不斷增加,提高生產效率及汽車產品質量也變得至關重要,特別是在汽車車身的焊接過程中,對供電質量的要求日益增高。
某汽車廠焊(han)裝(zhuang)車間有9套配(pei)電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統,系(xi)(xi)統負荷為(wei)四(si)百多臺懸掛(gua)式點焊(han)機,但因當時采用的是簡易(yi)的無功補償裝(zhuang)置,現已滿足不了焊(han)接設(she)備對補償的快速性的要求,由于補償不到位,對配(pei)電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統擾動較(jiao)大,尖峰電(dian)流降不下來(lai),使母線開(kai)關經(jing)常跳閘(zha),燒壞開(kai)關觸點,已嚴重打亂生產秩(zhi)序,而(er)且(qie)過補、欠補導致(zhi)功率因數較(jiao)低,導致(zhi)公司常被供電(dian)部門罰款,由此造(zao)成(cheng)了較(jiao)大的直接、間接經(jing)濟損失。
根據該廠的供電系(xi)統(tong)實際情(qing)況,希拓(tuo)電氣認為可以使(shi)用動(dong)態(tai)無功補償來滿足大量懸(xuan)掛式點焊(han)機(ji)等動(dong)態(tai)感(gan)性負載的功率因數補償。
由于懸掛式焊機在工作中(zhong)易造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不(bu)(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡,進(jin)而造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)對稱(cheng)(cheng),因此(ci)希拓電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣技術人員采取(qu)(qu)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)別取(qu)(qu)樣,經運算(suan)確定了(le)需投人的(de)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器容(rong)量。此(ci)次改造采用希拓電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣干(gan)式并聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器,分(fen)三(san)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器組,每(mei)組8只(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器,并按電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量的(de)大小分(fen)四(si)檔,分(fen)別由四(si)只(zhi)(zhi)晶閘(zha)管控(kong)制投切,分(fen)相(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)檔,根(gen)據(ju)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)無功功率,投人不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong)數值的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器,成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功達到(dao)了(le)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)對稱(cheng)(cheng)的(de)補償(chang)效果。
