在對電氣設施檢查發現,電容器接觸器觸頭出現了較為嚴重的燒損現象,經過維修處理后繼(ji)續投用,但歷年來接觸(chu)器觸(chu)頭(tou)均未(wei)發生如此(ci)嚴重的現象。
原因分析
根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器投入(ru)運行(xing)和(he)切除過(guo)程分析(xi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器投入(ru)時(shi)浪涌電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的產生(sheng)(sheng)使得接觸(chu)(chu)器觸(chu)(chu)點閉合時(shi)產生(sheng)(sheng)火花(hua),容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)(yi)(yi)燒損觸(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),切除電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器時(shi)會產生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)瞬速降低,但電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)先升后(hou)降,接觸(chu)(chu)器觸(chu)(chu)點容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)(yi)(yi)粘(zhan)連,造(zao)(zao)成回路段不開。根據(ju)系(xi)(xi)統的諧(xie)波狀況進行(xing)了分析(xi)和(he)確認(ren),最終確定原因未:由于(yu)集團公司電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解錳廠2臺整流(liu)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的投運,導致外電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網系(xi)(xi)統存在(zai)嚴重諧(xie)波分量,系(xi)(xi)統諧(xie)波畸變(bian)(bian)率(lv)在(zai)7%以上(shang),超過(guo)中(zhong)壓(ya)系(xi)(xi)統電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的諧(xie)波畸變(bian)(bian)率(lv)不超過(guo)4%的規定。在(zai)高次諧(xie)波造(zao)(zao)成的尖峰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作用下,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器組(zu)合閘瞬態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)遠(yuan)遠(yuan)超過(guo)其額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),同時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器組(zu)對(dui)高次諧(xie)波的阻(zu)抗很(hen)小(xiao),很(hen)容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)(yi)(yi)造(zao)(zao)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器組(zu)過(guo)負荷(he)運行(xing),若電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)波行(xing)發生(sheng)(sheng)嚴重畸變(bian)(bian),基波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)擴大(da)將造(zao)(zao)成接觸(chu)(chu)器燒觸(chu)(chu)頭,相與相或相與地短路,甚至(zhi)造(zao)(zao)成接觸(chu)(chu)器損壞。
處理過程
首(shou)先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)外(wai)部(bu)(bu)維(wei)護工(gong)作(zuo),清掃接觸(chu)器外(wai)部(bu)(bu)灰塵(chen),對(dui)緊(jin)固(gu)件松動(dong)進(jin)行(xing)檢查,特別是(shi)導(dao)線(xian)連接部(bu)(bu)分進(jin)行(xing)緊(jin)固(gu)并套上絕緣套管,防止接觸(chu)松動(dong)而出(chu)現(xian)發熱現(xian)象(xiang);其(qi)次(ci)對(dui)觸(chu)點(dian)系統進(jin)行(xing)檢查,對(dui)動(dong)、靜觸(chu)點(dian)位置進(jin)行(xing)調整及磨損(sun)觸(chu)點(dian)用整形銼進(jin)行(xing)處(chu)理。
